  • Supabase: For database storage and backend infrastructure
  • Analytics providers: To understand platform usage and improve our service

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information. We do not sell your personal data or subscriber data to third parties.

6. Subscriber Data and Your Role

When you upload subscriber lists and send campaigns, you act as the data controller for that subscriber data. ClawdMail acts as a data processor. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate legal basis (such as consent) to collect and market to your subscribers. We process subscriber data only according to your instructions and for the purpose of delivering your campaigns.

7. Email Tracking

We offer open and click tracking for email campaigns. This may involve the use of tracking pixels and links that record when recipients open emails or click links. You can disable tracking features in your campaign settings if you prefer. When tracking is enabled, the data is associated with your account for analytics purposes.

8. Cookies

We use minimal cookies, primarily for session management and authentication. These cookies are essential for the platform to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking cookies for marketing purposes.

9. Data Retention

We retain your account data and campaign data while your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it by law. Subscriber data you have uploaded will be deleted along with your account unless you have exported it.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data

  • Object to or restrict certain processing

The Service is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
